Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ALOHAS pieces, but if they aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Specify whether you would like a direct refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a different size through our instant exchange option.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original box, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point; you will receive a notification once our logistics team has processed your return.
